Pinecrest Lake owners enjoy a maintenance-free lifestyle. Property maintenance services and recreational services are provided to Pinecrest owners for a quarterly fee which varies depending on what section of the community in which your property is located. There is a one time application fee in the amount of $1,600 for all new property owners.

Maintenance Services are as follows:

Central water fee and central sewage fee is paid monthly. Quarterly maintenance fees include: snowplowing, walkway snow removal, landscaping, grounds keeping, trash removal, exterior building maintenenace, road maintenance, street and path lighting.

Recreational Services are as follows:

Swim club, tennis club, beach and lake, ice-skating, cross-country skiing, jogging, court and field games and the Beaver Brook Recreation Center. Pinecrest Lake is within 20 minutes to 3 major ski areas, gold courses, Pocono attractions, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and medical services.

Management Services:

Century 21 Select Group Pocono Pines offers an optional retal management program. The rental management office promotes the property as a vacation community, tends to housekeeping, and otherwise maintains the interior of the home as though they were the homeowner. The rental program rents the participating homes on a rotation system around the owner's use of the townhouse and single family homes.
